The team at Midvale Family Doctors is made up of experienced, compassionate professionals who are passionate about providing excellent healthcare to our local community.
Our general practitioners, nurses, and allied health providers each bring a unique set of skills and a shared commitment to patient-centred care. We take pride in building strong, long-term relationships with our patients, ensuring your care is consistent, respectful, and tailored to your individual needs.

Our Doctors
Dr. Kolade Abolarinwa (MBBS, FRACGP)
Kolade graduated from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria over 20 years ago. He worked in various hospitals across several departments before undertaking several years of post-graduate training in Psychiatry.
Kolade worked in Lesotho, Southern Africa before moving to Queensland where he worked for a few years in the public hospital. He then returned to General Practice over 10 years ago and has made Perth his home.
Dr Aghogho Eric Omeh (MBBS, FRACGP)
He is passionate about patient care and is a very thorough GP. He enjoys every aspect of general practice and is available for consultations from 24th February,2025
Dr Minu Basra MBBS DRANZCOG FRACGP
She completed her MBBS in 2006 and has dedicated nearly two decades to providing high-quality, patient-centred medical care across diverse healthcare settings.
Dr Basra began her medical career in India, where she worked extensively in women’s health and obstetrics until 2016. In 2017, she immigrated to Australia and went on to gain broad experience across multiple Australian hospitals, building strong clinical expertise within the local healthcare system. She completed her Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2024.
Dr Basra has a special interest in women’s health across all life stages, including menstrual concerns, contraception, fertility planning, pregnancy care, menopause management, and gynaecological conditions. She also has a strong interest in paediatric medicine and weight management and enjoys supporting children and families with both acute and chronic health concerns.
Our Nurses and Staff
Brooke Matthews (Midwife)
Brooke Matthews is an Endorsed Midwife. This means she has extra training to be able to prescribe medication and request blood tests and scans. She has extensive experience providing care to pregnant women throughout the entire journey from conception till 6 weeks after childbirth.
Brooke is very passionate about providing care that empowers women and their families all the way during this important phase of their lives. Brooke has extensive experience working across Perth Metro and rural areas.
She works part time as a Clinical Midwife at SJOG Midland and a Clinical Midwifery Specialist at the Narrogin Hospital.She is available to look after you as soon as you know you are pregnant.
